Choose from the Classic soft white wheat or our House Blend - a mix of soft white, Spelt, Khorasan, & Einkorn. Each bag is a full pound, which is about 12 servings!

Freshly Milled grains. All milling is done at a “very fine” setting to give a flour consistency. Bags are1.5lb bags.

Please note freshly milled flour will not ever be as fine as store bought flour as this includes 100% of the bran and germ.
